About Dee

Dee's workshops are rooted in a clear mission: to celebrate the value of women veteran's military experiences while empowering them to achieve new heights in civilian life. Her programs are interactive, and outcome driven, combining skill-building exercises, hands-on activities, and networking opportunities with peers, mentors, and industry leaders. 

Through her leadership at NTPS, Dee has become a trusted partner for organizations committed to supporting women veterans. Her ability to create transformational learning experiences and foster inclusive, supportive communities is helping to shape a brighter future for women who served.

Dee Baker is a US Air Force Veteran, held several leadership positions with various agencies in the Department of Defense and Leadership Expert dedicated to helping women to reset, reframe and reclaim their journeys beyond the military.  30+ years of experience in military operations, program management, and leadership development. Dee equips women to navigate professional transitions with confidence.  A seasoned strategist, she spent 12 years with the US Department of Navy, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios. Her work in intelligence, operations, and senior leadership shaped her ability to excel in high-stakes environments. 

Dee is a dynamic leader and advocate dedicated to empowering women veterans to navigate the complexities of transitioning from military service to civilian life. As the CEO and Lead facilitator of Network Training and Professional Services LLC, Dee specializes in delivering tailored workshops and programs that equip women veterans with the tools, confidence, and support need to thrive post-military journeys.  

Pursued PhD studies in the field of Organizational Leadership at Walden University, Dee explored topics such as leadership development, organizational change, qualitative and quantitative methodology for applied business research.  She is a two-time National Women of Color Awards recipient for Managerial Leadership and Career Achievement, a testament to her exceptional ability to lead and inspire in complex and innovative environments.
