About Leading Beyond the Uniforms
Built on real experience, applied across roles and environments.
Dee Baker is an experienced leader and former federal executive who oversaw more than 450 personnel across multiple disciplines and locations, managing operations connected to a $300M federal scope. Her experience spans complex environments where decisions directly impact people, operations, and outcomes.
