Dee Baker is a US Air Force Veteran, held several leadership positions with various agencies in the Department of Defense and Leadership Expert dedicated to helping women to reset, reframe and reclaim their journeys beyond the uniform. 30+ years of experience in military operations, program management, and leadership development. Dee equips women to navigate professional and personal transitions with confidence. A seasoned strategist, she spent 12 years with the US Department of Navy, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios. Her work in intelligence, operations, and senior leadership shaped her ability to excel in high-stakes environments.
Dee is a dynamic leader and advocate dedicated to empowering women veterans to navigate the complexities of transitioning from military service to civilian life. As the CEO and Lead facilitator of Network Training and Professional Services LLC, Dee specializes in delivering tailored workshops and programs that equip women veterans with the tools, confidence, and support need to thrive post-military journeys.
Dee pursued doctoral studies in Organizational Leadership at Walden University, where she specialized in topics such as leadership development, organizational change and research methodologies applied to the business environment. Her academic approach combined theory and practice, providing her with solid tools to analyze and lead transformation processes in complex environments.
Thanks to her ability to inspire, innovate and lead with impact, she has been recognized twice with the prestigious National Women of Color Awards, in the categories of Management Leadership and Professional Achievement. These awards reflect not only her professional excellence, but also her commitment to inclusive, strategic and positive change-oriented leadership.
The workshops created and led by Dee's have at their core a deep and meaningful mission: to honor and celebrate the courage, resilience and unique experiences of women veterans of the armed forces. Their primary goal is to empower them so that, once their military service is over, they can move confidently into new stages of personal and professional development in civilian life.
